Lounge House
A place of ultimate plenitude…
The Lounge house is the main space of the hotel. It is a place dedicated to relaxing but also to exchange with others. The bar facing the lagoon opens onto a large living-room area then onto a terrace and finishes onto an outdoor lounge overlooking the white sand beach.
On either side of the hotel our guests will enjoy 2 solarium areas, one equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, the other more intimate. This is the ideal space to contemplate the superb sunsets at the end of the day.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY - PRIVATE PREMISES
The hotel is a private property, EXCLUSIVELY reserved for registered hotel guests. Access to the entire property is strictly limited to guests registered with the hotel. Friends, visitors, accompanying persons and other outside guests are not permitted to enter or use the rooms, gardens, common areas or hotel facilities unless prior authorization has been granted by Management.

RESPECT FOR THE PROPERTY & FURNITURE
Please treat our rooms, gardens, common areas, facilities and decorative elements with care. Furniture, decoration and equipment must not be moved, rearranged or removed without permission. Any loss, damage or deterioration may be charged to the responsible guest.

QUIETNESS, DISCRETION & GOOD BEHAVIOUR
A calm, respectful and discreet attitude is required at all times. Aggressive, disrespectful, excessively noisy, dangerous, intoxicated or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated. Shouting, running and behaviour disturbing other guests are prohibited. Quietness is especially required between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

MUSIC, PARTIES & DISTURBANCES
Music, portable speakers, boomboxes and any sound system are PROHIBITED on the property. Parties and private events are not permitted. Our property is a place of rest, peace and tranquillity.

DRONES - STRICTLY PROHIBITED
To protect the peace, safety and privacy of our guests, the use, take-off and landing of drones are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, without exception.

SHARED KITCHEN
The shared kitchen is available to hotel guests OUTSIDE BREAKFAST SERVICE HOURS. It must be used with care and left clean and tidy after use. For safety reasons, children are not permitted to use the kitchen equipment.

SMOKING, PETS & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Smoking AND vaping is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including inside the rooms. A charge of XPF 6,000 per day may apply. Pets are not allowed. Commercial activities and parties in the rooms are prohibited. Feeding any animal entering the hotel premises is also strictly prohibited, whether domestic or wild (dogs, chickens, birds, etc.).

ROOMS, OCCUPANCY & SAFETY
Only registered guests may stay in a room. Additional or unregistered guests are not permitted. Doors must be closed when leaving the room, and keys must not be given to third parties. Children remain under their parents’ responsibility and must never be left unattended.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT & HOUSEKEEPING
Check-in: from 1:00 p.m. Check-out: before 10:30 a.m. The room key must be returned upon departure; a XPF 6,000 charge applies if it is not returned. Rooms are cleaned daily between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. An additional XPF 6,000 cleaning fee may apply if exceptional cleaning is required.

NON-COMPLIANCE/h5>
Failure to comply with these rules, health or safety requirements, or any behaviour affecting the property, privacy or tranquillity of other guests may result in charges for damages and/or removal from the property without compensation.
By staying at the hotel, you acknowledge and accept these rules.
